By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The store. This online store is operated by Shirakawa Daruma Sohonpo / Koei Group (referred to as "we" or "us"), based in Shirakawa, Fukushima, Japan.

Products. All productspan. Product images are representative — each handmade item has natural variations in color, brushwork, and finish. These variations are intrinsic to the craft and not defects.

Prices and payment. All prices are shown in USD (or your locally converted currency) and include Japanese consumption tax. Payment is processed securely through Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or other listed providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, with full refund.

Shipping. See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — product photos, copy, design, brand marks — is the property of Shirakawa Daruma Sohonpo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Licensed collaborations. Products bearing partner brand marks are produced under official license. Partner brand rights remain with their respective owners.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access restricted areas, or to disrupt our service.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.

Changes. We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued usof the store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
